I had weekly meetings with my boss where he would say that he spoke with and named the individual. Then he would say they said you did this and that wrong last week. I had to deal with that in a weekly basis for seven months. That is not a culture that anyone could've thrived. The quality of work life at this company really depends on the manager and the people you work with. It is a large company and there are great people To work for, but unfortunately I did not work with those people. The pay and benefits were good and a lot of the people are really nice.
