I am looking for a part time nanny for my 19-month-old daughter. She's very active, smart, curious & fun! Responsibilities would include playing and taking her out for walks or to the playground, making lunch /snack and cleaning up toys. I am looking for someone who is responsible, kind, and loves children. Also, someone who is covid safe as we take all necessary covid precautions. I am looking for someone to start immediately. Looking forward to meeting you! Nanny Need In Odessa $10 – 15/hr 03/23 Odessa, FL Howdy, Our family consists of two dads and two boys, who are 7 and 1 years old. We are working from home full time and we are looking for someone who can take care of our very active and playful 1-year-old, in our home, during the workday. The perfect person would consist of someone who is comfortable working in the home of a non-traditional family, a non-smoker (there are no exceptions to this) and is able to care for, love on and keep our youngest son safe while we work. Our family is at an increased risk for serious complications with Covid, so it's important that this person is taking protections when outside of our home and is observing all CDC recommended guidelines.
It took a long time but everything was ok. Also, I gain great experience walking through the process. Mesa provided me training that helped me manage my skills and how to use it. Preguntas de entrevistas Skills test 22 ene 2016 Candidato de entrevista anónimo Oferta rechazada Experiencia negativa Entrevista difícil Solicitud Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Mesa Community College Entrevista Was contacted a week before regarding interview. Cold, rigid, very formal. I didn't learn anything about them and the interview was just strange. Given a sheet of about 10 questions and each member of the interview panel took turns asking them and logging my answers. Called back a few days later that I was a finalist. The second interview was a bit less formal. The entire experience after getting the job offer was really negative. HR called my phone, read the offer like a sales pitch from a commercial or something, and then puts you on a 24 hour time line to decide Yes/No. They are clearly not in the academic realm because when one is searching for a position, offers need to be carefully considered, evaluated, and negotiated.
I thought it was odd, however, that nobody picked up the phone for the next the rest of the day or for two business days that I tried to call back to actually schedule the interview. When I finally was able to schedule the interview, they told me that I would have 45 minutes to complete a writing exercise (since most of the job is writing) and then an interview with the committee afterwards. The day of the interview, everything went as planned. However, I didn't hear anything from Mesa CC after the interview. Obviously, I didn't get the job but I think it's unprofessional to have someone take time off from their job to come for an interview but then never inform them of the committee's progress or decision. Preguntas de entrevistas The most difficult question during the interview was something to the effect of: when working with other college employees on public relations-related issues, are they always right? (This was another way of asking if you'd always go along with what the people you're working with) 27 abr 2013 Empleado anónimo en Mesa, AZ Oferta aceptada Experiencia positiva Entrevista fácil Solicitud Me postulé en persona.
