Its Friday, I open Monday. Thanks Cons co workers, stress, not consistent, shady People and staff are great. Good communication, helpful advice, and great smiles. I have learned they are very clean, sanitary, patient and have the best personal staffing. It's okay for 2nd. Thier very very little room for advancement it took me 4yrs to make a whole dollar and my work and ethics is way above that. For you bust your butt all you want but you'll never get respect or advancement. You cant even get a sick day if you need it Bad place too work very unprofessional and they don't care about there employees at all. Not a good job too work at there very nasty when talking to them I don't reccomend this job to anybody at all. My supervisor cool he gave break although i work 4 a day he was fair, I ever meet people who sold per-workout for their was a lot to cleaned all the machines. Overall working for this company was good. Operations Manger was very kind and was not afraid to jump in and help with the cleaning if short staffed.

The interviewer had 5-6 questions and I thought I answered them fully. I asked a few questions about the position and that was it. I looked at the timer on my phone and it was only 9 minutes. I don't think I could have stretched it longer with so few questions. I can't help but think this is only a bad sign. Maybe they figured I wasn't worth all 20 minutes. Well, on to the next one. 01-20-2011, 05:02 PM Location: Las Flores, Orange County, CA 26, 345 posts, read 86, 680, 348 times Reputation: 17645 It's either really good or really bad. Indeed Featured review The most useful review selected by Indeed Good place to start your career Yazaki was a good place to start my career after graduating college. I had learned a lot about automotive technology. Management was supportive for career development. However it was difficult to work with other teams due to the work in silos attitude. Pros Free coffee, good benefits Cons Working in silos attitude. Global company that cared for people before Covid19 WCBU Engineer I (Former Employee) - Canton, MI - March 2, 2021 I enjoyed working at Yazaki. I hoped to develop a career, and learn more about wire harnesses. I was furloughed due to Covid19. My supervisor was nice and provided opportunities for learning, but never had a chance to gain valuable experience. As an entry-level employee, I would have liked to see more hands-on activities that exposed me to various projects. Pros Work from home 3 times a week prior to Covid19 Cons Lack of opportunities and job security Production Production Worker (Former Employee) - Canton, MI - February 13, 2021 Not a bad palace to work if you just mind your own business.
